Started in 2017, Earlsfort Capital Partners USA (“ECP USA”) act in both a principal and consultancy role for both debt and equity transactions. The venture was established by Paul Brophy & Fergal Feeney, real estate executives with 30 years of experience each in commercial real estate, banking and debt capital markets.
